They are the coppers who literally respond to emergency calls coming in. Chris could be called to all sorts of situations – whether it’s a report of an old woman who’s died or someone has set fire to something. He is also called into situations that are not going to play out well.

The investigat­ive journalist meets Katie, whose ex-boyfriend has been in jail for inundating her with abusive messages, and she comes face-to-face with Andy, who has just completed a prison sentence for stalking.

Stacey also looks into “stranger stalking” and preventati­ve measures.
