GET MOVING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Take part in the Big Red Nose Day Run Together and help to change lives…

-

Comedy has the power to move you – and that’s quite literally the case this Red Nose Day. Comic Relief is back on Friday, 18 March, and we’re asking the nation to get sweaty for a really good cause. By taking on the 50 Miles in March challenge, you could make a massive difference to the lives of people who need it the most, both in local communities across the UK and right around the world.

Hundreds of people up and down the nation will be limbering up and putting one foot in front of the other to help tackle poverty, violence and discrimination by raising funds for Comic Relief.

You don’t have to be super-fit to take part in the Big Red Nose Day Run Together: anyone can sign up and, while raising money for charity, the challenge might also spur you on to get healthier – the ultimate feel-good win-win!

You can run, walk, jog or plod the 50 miles across the month, sign up as a family or team up with colleagues or friends. Get your children in on the action by going on family walks at the weekend. (We’ll allow a cheeky scoot as well, to help little legs go the distance.)

You could challenge your workmates to complete 50 miles during the month as a group, or see who can raise the most money for Comic Relief.

Pop on a podcast and fitness watch or tracker and you’ll soon see your steps stack up, while boosting your well-being and enjoying the spring weather.

Visit your local Sainsbury’s and stock up on the lovely range of Red Nose Day products in store to use on your ‘travels’.

Signing up couldn’t be easier – plus it’s completely free to enter. There are three simple steps to register. Join the official Facebook Group to get started, where you can meet others taking part, see updates and share achievements. Fill out a registration form and get your free T-shirt and then set up your Facebook Fundraiser. You just need to sign up by 10 March.
