We round up our favourite products of 2023 and reveal why they’ve been given the style team’s seal of approval

Gisou Honey Infused

Hair Perfume £64

This launched at the end of 2022, but it’s been a revelation for me throughout this year.

My usual fragrance costs around £100, so not only is this cheaper, but it also has as much perfume power as a regular EDP. I spritz it over my mid-lengths to ends and it saturates the strands with a luxurious, honeyscented aroma.

Argan oil is blended into the formula too, so my hair feels soft and looks incredibly shiny.

E.l.f Halo Glow Beauty Wands £9 each

I adore Charlotte Tilbury’s liquid contour and highlighter wands but, at £30 each, they aren’t cheap.

These offer similar results, and come in Blush, Highlighter and Contour shades to suit all skin tones. I like the Blush Beauty Wand in Rosé You Slay on the apples of my cheeks, with the Contour Beauty Wand in Light/medium on my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose.

Beauty Pie Le Smash Santal Shimmering Body Moisture Crème £19.50 for members

Whenever I wear this body moisturiser I get asked what perfume I have on, so it packs a scent punch.

The creamy sandalwood notes give it undertones of Le Labo, while the subtle gold formula makes me feel like I’m wearing a Tom Ford shimmer.

Murad Blemish Control Rapid Relief Acne

Sulfur Mask £44

In 2023, my skin very kindly reminded me that I haven’t, in fact, outgrown acne. However, it’s also the year I found my favourite breakout-busting product in Murad’s mask.

Yes, it’s expensive, but I promise you the price tag is worth the results. My spots always feel less inflamed after I apply it to my skin for 15 minutes, and by the following morning, my complexion looks noticeably smoother.
