GET ready to join Eight Bells for Mental Health Awareness Week from May 13 to 19!

This year, the focus is on moving more for our mental health, reminding us to add some movement into our daily routines to feel better.

We've planned a variety of fun events to raise awareness and fundraise for our small charity doing big things! Kickstarting the week on Saturday, May 11, to raise awareness about mental health, our members will walk through town.

Come cheer them on and donate if you can! On Wednesday, May 15, show your support at our popular quiz night.

Gather your team of six and head to The Bowlers Arms in Wash Common, starting at 7pm, for a night of trivia, tasty treats and terrific prizes! Tickets are selling fast, so get yours now by scanning the QR code.

Don’t miss out on our fantastic raffle too.

Mark your calendars for our Open Day on Thursday, May 16, from 10am at The Friends Meeting House in Newbury. It's your chance to learn more about how we are helping people in West Berkshire experiencing mental health issues and loneliness.

Find out how we are providing friendship, support and a listening ear.

The day will be full of activities!

We encourage everyone to wear green to show that we care about the mental health of ourselves and those around us.

The Big Give Kind2Mind Campaign will match fund any money we raise during the week, meaning “One donation, twice the impact”.

Keep an eye out for more details on how you can join in and support us.

Let's work together to make a difference for mental health!
