The Archives

Newsweek International - - REWIND -

1967

Some psychologists and “social thinkers” feared explicit lyrics in songs and “often obscene language” in novels and plays would bring about “a dangerous swing toward irresponsible hedonism and, ultimately, social decay.” If only they could see internet porn today.
