NOTHING WILL COME BETWEEN VICTORIA AND HER FAMILY

As her business celebrates its 10th anniversary, Victoria Beckham, 44, has shocked fashion insiders with her decision to hire a new CEO to take the reins of her eponymous fashion line. According to Heat magazine, she had a “difficult 18 months” juggling her workload with spending time with husband David, 43, and children Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13, and seven-year-old Harper. The mum-of-four reportedly now feels in a good place to take a break from her demanding career after conquering the fashion world and proving wrong those who ever doubted her style credentials. After receiving one of fashion’s highest accolades, a nomination for the prestigious Womenswear Designer of the Year award at the British Fashion Awards, she now plans to focus more time on putting her family’s needs first. A source revealed: “She’s proved herself, and now she’s saying it’s the right time to make this change... This has been a dream for her, so it’s tough to have to give some of it up, but she knows it’s for the best.” Beginning her career break with a family holiday to the South of France, an insider confessed Victoria wants to capture more family moments like these as she believes her children are all “growing up too fast”. She said: “I’m trying my hardest... When I get home I try to put the phone down and spend time with the children and spend time with David.” On the lead up to her announcement, Victoria was reportedly worried she was also beginning to lose touch with her family. As David retired from professional football, Victoria was able to expand her fashion empire but the designer recently admitted at Forbes Women’s Summit in New York her aim is now to create a better work-life balance by trying “to be the best mother”. And it now seems she’s planning to put her children’s careers before her own as she encourages them to pursue their passions. Victoria’s son Cruz previously tried his hand at singing, which his mum promoted on social media, Romeo has been a part of two Burberry campaigns, and it was only recently Victoria hired Brooklyn to be her personal photographer for her Reebok collaboration. It’s clear to see, despite taking a break from work herself, Victoria knows the importance of showing her children a good work ethic and will support them no matter what.

SHE REASSURES HER CHILDREN THEIR DAD ISN’T A CHEAT

Victoria’s decision also comes during a time of supposed marital rift as back in June, the couple were plagued with speculation that their marriage was over and a divorce announcement was imminent. These rumours only added fuel to the fire that ignited last year when David discussed their marriage on Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs. From the interview many listeners deduced the pair only stayed together because they, “have four amazing children” and to prolong what has been dubbed ‘Brand Beckham’. And all eyes were on the power couple once again as Victoria took centre stage in the latest issue of Vogue. The mum of four was pictured on the cover with her children surrounding her, but her husband was notably absent.

Victoria posts about happier times on Instagram when she spends quality time with her sons.

The Beckhams prove their family is stronger than ever in the latest issue of Vogue.
