Couple’s phone and internet line fault
A FAULT with a Maenan couple’s phone and broadband caused by BT Openreach work has now been resolved.
Len and Ann Boulton’s service had been disrupted for three weeks but was finally resolved just after the Weekly News went to press on Wednesday, December 3.
A BT Openreach spokesperson said: “We can confirm that our engineers have successfully fixed a fault that existed between the cabinet and the exchange and that service has now been restored to the premises.”
The Boultons called the Weekly News when their provider, Sky, advised them to seek redress from BT, only for BT to refer them back to Sky.
