Eleven heaven for Llandudno

LLANDUDNO annihilated Llandrindod Wells 11-0 at Maesdu Park to move eight points clear at the Huws Gray Alliance summit.

The Seasiders made the perfect start when James Joyce netted twice within the first 12 minutes.

A deft finish from striker Toby Jones made it 3-0.

Jones’s powerful strike from close range delivered the home side’s fourth on 57 minutes before top-scorer Marc Evans got in on the act with a 10-minute hat-trick.

Gareth Evans maintained his fine scoring run with a cool finish into the bottom corner.

Leo Riley made it 9-0 with a fabulous effort and Peter Jones brought up double figures.

Captain Tom Dix completed the rout in the 90th minute.

Llandudno are home to Flint Town United on Saturday (2.30pm).
