COLWYN BAY HERITAGE GROUP: The AGM of the Colwyn Bay Heritage Group will be held on Thursday, February 5 at 10am in Colwyn Bay Library, Woodland Road West, Colwyn Bay. Anyone with an interest in the heritage of Colwyn Bay will be welcome to attend. DANIEL CLEVERLEY TRUST: (Dan’s Den Project) announces a Special General Meeting at Colwyn Bay Town Hall on Thursday Feb 12 starting at 6.30pm. The main topic will be a discussion of the future of the charity following heavy financial losses in 2014. ROTARY: President Stephen Walburn welcomed the members and special Guest Assistant District Governor Rtn Beryl Cotton at lunchtime Business Meeting. Beryl gave a brief resume’ after Committee Chairmen’s reports on how well Rotary Colwyn Bay is doing. Rotary CB main report was about the handover to St Kentigern’s a donation of £5,000, and another £5,000 by Inner Wheel Colwyn Bay, to refurbish the hobbies and Arts and Crafts room. International Night next Monday with overseas students from Llandrillo College and local schools to talk about foods of their countries.
