MOBILE LIBRARY: Next visit Wed Sept 30: Gethin Road – opposite the school (11.25-noon) and Gethin Terrace (12.05-12.30).

CERDDED CONWY WALKS: have a programme of free guided walks in this area over the next few weekends. Walks range in difficulty from easy to strenuous and full details are available at www. cerddedconwywalks.org.

ST MARY’S CHURCH: There will be a service of the Holy Eucharist at 11am next Sunday,27 Sept. The midweek service will be at 2pm. Details of all the services at www. stmarysbyc.org.uk. The church is usually open daily (approx. 10-5) for visits and private prayer.

ST MICHAEL’S OLD CHURCH: St. Michael’s Day, 29 Sept at 6pm, there will be a service of the Holy Eucharist, when the celebrant will be the Vicar of Betws-y-Coed, the Rev. Stuart Elliot. Light refreshments will be served after the service and all are very welcome. Open Doors – European Heritage Days, the church will open daily throughout September (approx. 10-5) to mark this annual event.
