BKVA: The North West Wales branch holds meetings every first Mon of the month, 1pm, at the Llandudno Junction Social and Labour Club. All ex-Korean veterans are welcome. SCOTTISH DANCE: North Wales Scottish Country Dancers welcome anyone who can cope with a Scottish Country Dance with just a ‘walk-through’ or a ‘talk-through’ to their regular weekly dances at 7.30pm on Weds in the hall of the church of St Michael and All Angels, Glyn y Marl Road. ST MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS: The service on Sunday will be Holy Eucharist with the Rev Peter Walker, at 9 30am. Refreshmen­ts will be served after. Llanrwst, Ancaster Square, 11.15am to 1.30pm every Fri. You can find it on Facebook and Line-Up. It has a fabulous range of unique handmade crafts, along with plants and seasonal vegetables, eggs and occasional­ly fresh flowers. Also cakes, savouries, preserves and jams. It is looking for new bakers and crafters! If you would like to earn yourself a bit of extra cash, call in to see the Market Manager on a Fri between 11.15am and 1.30pm. LABOUR: Conwy Valley branch of the Labour Party met in Llanrwst last Thurs Septr 24. Mike Lees of Trefriw was elected as chairman, and Gill Bucknall remains as treasurer.
