Popular restaurant hosts jazz events

-

JAZZ will be on the menu at Dylan’s Restaurant this autumn with two brand new jazz events held during October – the first in Menai Bridge on the 9th and the second a week later in Criccieth on the 16th.

Manouche Môn will be an Oktoberfest celebration at Prince’s Pier in Menai Bridge, combining German beer, wine and cocktails, hot food and live gypsy jazz performances between 6 and 11pm. The event is organised in association with the popular March Manouche Festival and the Auckland pub.

The following Friday will see the first Morannedd Jazz Dinner in the Criccieth restaurant. Diners will be served a welcome drink and three course meal to the wonderful sound of the Gwyn Evans Trio.

David Evans, Director at Dylan’s said: “Our events calendar is a very important part of our business. Through themed nights like these jazz events, we can offer our customers something a bit different and bring that sense of community and entertainment to our restaurants.

“We’re committed to promoting local musicians as we are to supporting local fishermen, farmers and producers.

“Both jazz evenings will be very different but will no doubt be two great family events for jazz fans and music lovers. If they prove popular we will be looking to hold similar events in the future.”

Tickets for Manouche Môn are priced £10 (£8 concessions) and are available from Dylan’s Menai Bridge by phoning 01248 714716.

The Morannedd Jazz Dinner is priced at £35 per person to include drink, 3 course meal and entertainment.

To book tickets, call Dylan’s Criccieth on 01766 522773.
