Con­trary to the im­pres­sion given by the many statis­tics re­ported week in, week out, you could be for­given for think­ing that there are hardly any buy­ers about.

It is true that the vol­ume of prop­er­ties bought and sold are much fewer than three years ago. It is also true that the mar­ket, as a whole, re­mains very chal­leng­ing, per­haps as chal­leng­ing now as two years ago.
