The future is bright for group sales

Northants Evening Telegraph - Property - - FRONT PAGE - By James Potts

There’s no denying that the housing market has been turbulent over the last four years – however, here at Simpson & Partners, we are proud to have consistently delivered strong results for our vendors across our marketleading, nine-office network.

The truth is that each of our offices has continuously sold high volumes of property, despite the general negative press that has surrounded not only the housing market, but also the global economy. in fact, almost all of our offices are reporting an average 25 per cent increase in the sales year to date.

We have found that buyers are now of a better quality, with most having already made enquiries into the mortgage market, often through our independent financial services specialists, who compare the whole of the market and tailor-make a solution to the client’s individual needs and criteria. This means that, at the point of viewing, they know that they are in a strong position and more price savvy than ever before.

choosing an agent shouldn’t be based on prices and fees; you should consider your local market place and identify the agent that is successfully selling. Here at Simpson & Partners, we believe that we comprehensively understand our market place and will always endeavour to give honest advice, which, if taken, will ultimately ensure a sale is achieved in the best possible time and at the best possible price.

if you are thinking about selling now or in the new year, please don’t hesitate to contact your local Simpson & Partners office for a free, no obligation valuation.
