Reds Yates is a player in high demand
RYAN Yates is said to be a man in demand as clubs look to snap up the Nottingham Forest midfielder on loan.
The 20-year-old impressed in spells at Notts County and then Scunthorpe United last season, and seems to have attracted plenty of suitors ahead of the upcoming campaign.
According to the Mirror, a number of League One teams are keen on the Reds youngster, but it is Championship duo Bolton Wanderers and newly-promoted Rotherham United who could be in pole position.
Yates spent the first half of last term at Meadow Lane, playing a key part for Kevin Nolan’s side as they mounted a promotion bid.
He made 29 appearances for the Magpies in League Two, bagging six goals, before being recalled by Forest in January and heading to the Iron.
