Ibiza coming to city
FOLLOWING a sold-out tour that included two dates at The O2 in London last weekend, Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics will be back with a brand-new show in 2019, including a date at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena.
The voice of Radio 1’s dance programming and one of the key figures in the rise of electronic dance music, will be joined by the 65-piece The Heritage Orchestra for the Ibiza Classics show that comes to town on Thursday, December 5.
As well as the live music, it promises “an unparalleled production with awe-inspiring visuals”.
Special guest on the tour will include Beverley Knight, Wiley, Becky Hill and AU/RA, although who will appear at each date has yet to be announced.
“Ibiza Classics has got bigger and better each year,” says Tong.
“2019 is no exception. Expect a bigger production, more special guests and some of the best tracks to come out of Ibiza in the past 20 years.”
Tickets go on sale at 9:30am on Friday, December 7 priced at £40.10, £51.30, £62.50 and £79.30. All prices listed include admin and facility fee.
Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.
