DETECTIVES QUESTION MAN, 19, AS THEY PROBE STABBING
DETECTIVES have arrested a second man in connection with a murder investigation into a fatal stabbing in Nottingham city centre.
It follows the death of a yet-unidentified man following an incident in Milton Street at around 1.15pm ib Monday.
Police have worked through the night making inquiries into the incident, and have arrested a 19-year-old on suspicion of murder.
A 17-year-old boy, who was arrested on Monday, remains in police custody.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after police were alerted to the “major incident” outside the Intu Victoria Centre.
Officers tried to revive the victim at the scene, but he died shortly afterwards.
Inquiries are ongoing to establish how many people may have been involved in the incident and detectives continue to urge witnesses to come forward.
Superintendent Matt
Healey, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Our officers have been working around the clock in a bid to establish anyone who could connected to this tragic incident.
