Supporters are banking on fun for all the family

-

IKANO Bank have been employing co-workers from Nottingham for more than 25 years providing savings and credit to customers. This year, we celebrate a renewed focus on supporting family participation in this major sporting event for our city.

Ikano Bank are proud of our strong links within the city and community. ‘Community’ is embedded in everything Ikano Bank does, which is why we support social initiatives where we can make a difference, like the Robin Hood Mini Marathon.

We believe this is the perfect opportunity for us to show we’re passionate about bringing our values to life in everything we do and being a good neighbour.

“After a very challenging period for everyone, especially for children and schools, we’re truly touched at the prospect of seeing over 1,000 local children participating together on race day. We feel strongly that it’s vital we support healthy lifestyles together,” said Paul O’leary, Ikano Bank UK Country Manager.

We’d like to give a special mention for all those running to raise money for local and national charities.

It’s important not to forget those less fortunate than us and events such as this provide the perfect opportunity for people to raise vital funds.

It’s heart-warming to know so many charities will benefit from everyone’s efforts.

We’re especially proud to support our key charity partners from Nottingham and urge everybody to please take some time to check out and support these fantastic local charities;

The Children’s Bereavement Centre (http://www. childrensbereavementcentre.co.uk/) Operation Orphan (https://www. operation-orphan.org ).

Good luck to everyone !
