Nottingham Forest FC: This will cost £3 a car. There is access to the car park via Lady Bay Bridge and Pavilion Road.

THE RACE VILLAGE

Runners on the day are encouraged to head down to the race village at the Victoria Embankment Recreation Ground, where the organisers have said runners can expect a simi

lar level of entertainment as in previous years, with a band as usual performing at the starting line.

As a result of Covid-19 measures further entertainment will not be dotted around the area, as to not encourage large crowds.

There is also no bandstand in the village this year. There’s access to the village via the Embankment and Wilford Grove, with facilities including a help desk and medical services.

The village will be open from 7am until 3pm on the day of the half marathon.

Dogs are allowed but owners are asked to keep them on a lead as the area will be busy.

Other facilities in the village include a baggage tent where runners can leave their personal belongings, VIP and corporate tents, catering tents serving food for runners and an on-site bar. There will be no physio teams on hand for a postrace
