£1.5M SITE COMES WITH PLANNING PERMISSION FOR HOLIDAY LETS

A PLOT of land in a Nottinghamshire village with the potential to become holiday lets has been put on the market for £1.5 million.

The site in Fiskerton, Nottinghamshire, has six buildings, three of which have planning consent, and is currently on sale.

The land, which has its own access, parking area, and several agricultural buildings, could be used for holiday lets and commercial use, subject to prior notifications and permissions.

The site’s estate agent has said the plot has water and electricity connections, as well as a “ménage of hard standing areas”.
