Shops running short of Christmas stock

WHEN of late I have been shopping, shops have no stock.

I thought being the start of the festive season the shops would have the merchandise

The other thing is if you try to ring the shops to find out if they have the items you want, the stores never answer.

Going down to the store is costly whether on the bus or using a car park, only then to find they do not have what you want.
