Our Brexit freedoms must be protected
MORE than six years ago, Boris Johnson, then our prime minister, indicated promised trade deals and growth. Rumours now emerging via our Chancellor Jeremy Hunt, wishing it appears for closer trade ties with the EU, are bound to trouble all of those-that voted for Brexit.
As long as our cherished national freedoms remain, and the 2016 vote upheld, our reputation and creative ability must be allowed to flourish, creating – as it no doubt will – promised trade deals.
