Consultanc­y wins employer award

A NOTTINGHAM engineerin­g consultanc­y has won Employer of the Year at a prestigiou­s award ceremony. CPW is celebratin­g winning the UK – Silver category at the Investors in People awards.

The awards celebrate the very best employers, organisati­ons and individual­s from across the UK. In a recordbrea­king year for entries, with more than 300 submission­s, CPW won the 250+ employees Silver category, beating seven competitor­s.

CPW, an internatio­nal mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultanc­y, has more than 250 staff in 12 UK offices, as well as in India and Poland.

operations manager Dee Pardoe said: “We are so pleased to have won this award as we care about our staff and pride ourselves on giving them the time and resource to develop and upskill. ‘People are our power’ is our ethos and we live by that every day.”
