Not all MPS have their snouts in the trough
TONY Morris (“Greedy MPS keep snouts in trough”, Opinion, November 24) vents his spleen at MPS being allowed to claim for Christmas parties at their constituency offices.
Does he realise that not all MPS either agree with this or will claim for that? Also it is interesting that he says although that they claim to have increased funding for the NHS they want those more affluent to pay for their treatment or operation.
I would like to know which ones have said that as I cannot find a reference to it.
I have, however, found an article (three days old) saying that NHS bosses (NOT MPS) in SCOTLAND have discussed having the wealthy pay for treatment.
