Cider
Nature is the great provider Don’t fight the natural, work alongside her
We come up with fancy yeasts We work away like demented priests
What for? When nature’s bacteria Negates the search and its hysteria To achieve a brew so outstanding When nature does it all so undemanding When we leave her to her own devices
She produces a scrumpy that’s priceless
