We should not pay for upkeep of the illegals

-

THE question most people would like answered is who is governing our country: is it Parliament or groups attempting to disrupt everything the elected body tries to do for the benefit of those legally entitled to live here, supported by some sections of the legal profession?

Refugees are, to my understanding people, for example, the citizens of Ukraine whose lives are being destroyed by an evil dictator in the name of the Russian people.

The situation we are in at the moment is the taxpayers are having to spend millions of pounds each day to house, feed and fund them when the majority of those people have no legal right to be here.

The Home Secretary was criticised for describing them as invaders but like her predecessor, everything she tries to do gets blocked. If you look around you or take note of what is reported in the media you will see the desperate situation some people are suffering, even on occasion having to eat pet food.

I believe that those who are entitled to be here should be given all the help the country can afford but those who are not entitled to be here should not be allowed to stay at the expense of citizens who are in desperate need.

The criminals who are exploiting these people should be more vigorously hunted down and dealt with to the full extent of the law, regardless of the country where they’re arrested.
