PLAYER RATINGS

-

MATZ SELS:

Pulled off a crucial save at 3-1 to deny Tosin a second. Kept calm when the visitors looked to apply the pressure in the second half. Rating: 8/10

NECO WILLIAMS:

His running stats must be off the charts for this one. Gave it absolutely everything from first minute to last. Unlucky not to get a goal as he hit the woodwork just past the hour. Rating: 8.5/10

ANDREW OMOBAMIDELE:

A steady presence alongside Murillo in the heart of the defence. Fulham made it nervy after the break but the duo stood firm. Rating: 8/10

MURILLO:

Passing range provided a great platform when Forest were rampant before the break. Had a hand in the opener and set up Wood for the second. Rating: 8.5/10

OLA AINA:

Got up and down the left flank well, pushing forward in the first half and defending well when the visitors had momentum in the second. One of several warriors in the side. Rating: 8/10

RYAN YATES:

Gets some stick but don’t underestimate the job he does in the middle of the pitch. Put in a big shift and played an important part in a crucial result. Terrific. Rating: 8.5/10

DANILO:

Linked up beautifully with Gibbswhite for the third goal. Covered a lot of ground throughout and made a case to keep his place. His best of the season so far. Rating: 8.5/10

ANTHONY ELANGA:

So close to getting on the scoresheet with a big chance in the first half. Forest looked dangerous with the attacking trio of Elanga, Gibbs-white and Hudson-odoi on the pitch. Rating:

MORGAN GIBBS-WHITE:

A delight to watch. Was at the heart of everything for the Reds in an absolutely outstanding first half. A sublime assist and thoroughly deserved his goal. Rating: 9/10

CALLUM HUDSON-ODOI:

Heck of a goal to open the scoring; took it brilliantly. Could have had a second one, too, but for a good save. Showed why he should be a regular starter. Rating: 8.5/10

CHRIS WOOD:

The man is on fire. Found the back of the net for the third game in succession, and this one was a peach. Good awareness and an excellent finish. Rating:
