PLAYER RATINGS

-

MATZ SELS

Set-pieces continue to be a huge problem. The shot-stopper ought to have done better for Wolves’ second didn’t deal with it when Max Kilman got his head to the corner. 5.5/10

NECO WILLIAMS

Had a few opportunities to mark his birthday with a goal. Tried his luck a few times as the Reds pushed forward but couldn’t get on the scoresheet. 6.5/10

ANDREW OMOBAMIDELE

Won’t want to watch the opener back. Was twisted and turned by Cunha. Did chip in with an important interception after the break, though. 5.5/10

MURILLO

Came to the rescue with a terrific headed clearance off the line in the first half. Was his usual self in possession, pinging passes and driving forward. 6.5/10

OLA AINA

Some decent link-up with Hudson-odoi down the left. Got forward when he could and generally solid at the back. Will be important in the run-in. 6.5/10

RYAN YATES

Made a couple of poor errors. Was rescued by Murillo on the first occasion but should have done better for Wolves’ first goal. Did OK apart from those lapses. 5.5/10

DANILO

This seems to be the Brazilian’s time of year. Showed great composure for his goal and took it well. Forest will hope it is the start of a big end to the season from him. 8/10

GIO REYNA

A big opportunity for the American, being handed his first start in the Garibaldi. Had a few positive moments and will take confidence from his assist was a good corner. 7/10

MORGAN GIBBS-WHITE

He was always going to score against his old club, wasn’t he? Did the hard work in the build-up to Danilo’s goal, too. Another classy performance. 8/10

CALLUM HUDSON-ODOI

Got into some really promising positions and had a few sights of goal. Could have done with being a bit more clinical and showing more conviction at times. 6.5/10

CHRIS WOOD

Didn’t get many opportunities to find the back of the net for fifth successive game. Odd half-sight of goal but struggled to get into the game. 6.5/10

SUBSTITUTES

NICOLAS DOMINGUEZ (YATES, 66) Contributed well as hosts pushed for a winner. Might have made a case for himself to get back in the XI. 6.5/10

DIVOCK ORIGI (REYNA, 71)

A big chance late on when played in by Ribeiro. Got it all wrong, though, and opportunity went begging. 5.5/10

RODRIGO RIBEIRO (DANILO, 89)

A nice touch to set up Origi almost immediately after coming on. 6/10

NUNO TAVARES (AINA, 90)

A positive for the Reds to have the defender back from injury 5.5/10
