Now in its 16th year, Salon Privé Week – at glorious Blenheim Palace during 1-5 September – is a must-attend series of events for any car enthusiast or aficionado. As a partner concours to the Peninsula Classics ‘Best of the Best’ Award, Salon Privé is now recognised as one of the top events in the world alongside Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.

This year, the event will welcome more than 100 of the most coveted cars and motorcycles in the world, all vying for recognition from the esteemed ICJAG (International Chief Judge Advisory Group) Jury. The show field will feature treasures from the Edwardian period as well as some of the rarest and most valuable GTs, classic sports racers, era-defining icons and racing legends. They will line up alongside the world’s latest and greatest supercars and show-stopping concepts.

The Arese RH95 Touring Superleggera 95th Anniversary car that Octane has exclusively driven in this issue will make its UK debut, as will the all-electric Automobili Estrema Fulminea hypercar, taking its bow on the brand new dedicated Concepts & Prototypes Lawn.

Event director David Bagley told ‘Salon Privé has a long tradition of attracting the most unique, radical and exhilarating automotive designs, many of which have been unveiled for the first time at the event. With the kind permission of His Grace The Duke of Marlborough, we are delighted to launch the new Concepts & Prototypes Lawn, and look forward to welcoming Automobili Estrema to Blenheim Palace.’ See image, top right.
