What’s your diet like?

Fruit and vegetable based and no carbs at night. I don’t have much time to exercise so I really have to watch what I eat. My family is very voluptuous. I just look at fattening foods and put on weight!

Last year you starred in movie thriller In2ruders. How does acting affect your health and fitness regime? It depends on the role. If being in shape is required, then I will work out every day. The roles I’ve been getting lately haven’t been body-conscious.

How do you squeeze fitness into your busy life?

I don’t really have time to work out. My days are dominated by meetings and conference calls to my factories, and also looking after the kids. As some of my By Caprice factories are abroad, I also need to make calls in the evenings, so fitting in exercise isn’t easy.

Where do you work out?

I bought ten sessions at Barry’s Bootcamp but only ended up having time to go to two. It is my favourite though, it’s aggressive and super fun. Just looking after two five-year-old boys is exercise in itself. I walk with the boys to school if the weather’s nice. They’re usually on their scooters and I’m running along after them.

How often do you work out?

When I was younger I had a trainer every day – it was my business. Now I just don’t have enough time. My house has three storeys so I always walk up the stairs. It’s great for the legs.

Who do you tend to eat with? My kids [sons Jett and Jax].

What’s your favourite body part?

It used to be my stomach, but after having kids I now have a little mountain that won’t go

away, no matter how many sit ups I do.

Have you ever tried any fad diets? The best diet I’ve ever done is not eating anything after 5pm. If you want to lose weight fast, then that really works!

Do you feel body confident? Not particular­ly, but at this stage of my life having the perfect body isn’t a priority. My children and work are.

What’s your cheat meal? Pizza! Double cheese and lots of jalapeños.

What type of music is on your workout playlist? House music!

Who’s your body inspiratio­n? Casey Batchelor [left]! She looks amazing. She’s lost so much weight after having her baby. She looks better now than she did before the baby! I know how hard it is to get your body back in such a short time.

Do you find there’s a lot of pressure to look good, being in the public eye?

100 per cent. You’re damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

Do you limit how much alcohol you drink?

Even if I loved drinking, I can’t. Waking up so early I have to be productive. Hangovers are not allowed when you run your own business!
