I would go for a higher intensity cardiovascular workout which includes sprints. That could be a spinning class with sprints, a boot camp, a rowing class, or a climber class. Any exercise where there are bursts of higher intensity effort coupled with less intensive exercise would work. You can also do strength training to burn excess body fat.’
