We all need to become like A-listers in our approach to exercise by making time for ourselves when possible.

Gunnar explains: ‘Celebritie­s have busy diaries pulling them in so many directions. So they create openings in their schedule to get to the gym, get results, and get out fast. The training they do in the gym is efficient. At my gym we don’t do much training in isolation; we do exercises with big body movements that increase your metabolic rate and strip body fat.’

If you’re not near a gym or are very short on time, even a brisk walk can help you shape up. But as Gunnar says: ‘You need to push yourself, it’s not going to come easy.’
