GO THEIR SEPARATE WAYS
Summer Monteysfullam has said ‘family means everything’ following her split from Paul Hollywood. Things turned ugly between the pair last week, with Paul accusing the 24 year old of ‘playing games’.
Former barmaid Summer immediately hit back at the 53 year old’s claims, revealing that she felt ‘betrayed’ and was going to ‘upgrade’ from The Great
British Bake Off judge.
Summer ended things after the baker requested that she sign a non-disclosure agreement restricting her from talking
about their relationship, even to her family.
The NDA was also thought to contain a section that said Summer couldn’t tell anyone the document existed.
When she refused to sign, Paul reportedly shouted at Summer: ‘F*** off back on that horse you rode in on,’ to which she replied that she ‘rode into the sunset with a middle finger held high’. Summer has moved out of their
£1 million Kent mansion and back into her mother Sabina’s home. Paul is said to have kept some of the gifts he bought her, including a £9,000 ring, a hot tub and a £100,000 Range Rover. He is also said to be keeping their beloved chicken, Karen, but told Summer she can have their Rottweiler puppy, Bear, and her horses.
Their war of words continued with Paul liking a comment calling Summer a ‘hungry ex’, while she said the star would ‘shout at me and blame me if I got photographed’. She continued: ‘His claims that I’m making money selling stories are totally false! I felt so betrayed by the NDA, particularly with how much pressure Paul put me under! I had demonstrated loyalty to Paul, and he knows that without question.’
Former Bake Off winner Candice Brown, who was forced to deny rumours of a fling with Paul in 2017, liked a post of his which read: ‘I’ve never understood anyone who makes money selling stories and courting the paps... it saddens me.’ Paul added of the split: ‘There’s always two sides to a story.’
Summer is considering writing a book, while reality shows are apparently desperate to sign her up. But she’s said of appearing on Love Island or starting her own Youtube channel: ‘Neither of those are attractive to me.’
Paul and Summer had been dating since 2017 after the end of his marriage to wife Alex, the mother of his son Josh,
18. The pair met in his local pub, where Summer worked. In August 2018 Alex filed for divorce, the terms of which are still being negotiated, including how Paul’s £10 million fortune will be split. Paul is also said to have asked Alex to sign an NDA during their marriage break-up, which she refused.
