THE REFLEXOLOGY FACIAL

Initially sceptical at the use of crystals and reflexology in a facial, after my visit to reflexologist Paolo Lai, I was sold! There are so many emotional links to the skin, our largest organ. When we’re embarrassed we blush; when we’re nervous we sweat; when we’re shocked, blood drains from our skin and we go pale; and when we’re happy and healthy we ‘glow’. Paolo uses reflex points on the face to stimulate the brain and work on areas of the body that may be out of balance.
