AN IDEAL DAY’S MENU

BREAKFAST:

A homemade smoothie. Make sure you blend a diverse variety of plant-based fruit, vegetables, greens, nuts and seeds, and mix it with a plant-based milk or water. Use avocado as a base and sprinkle with cinnamon, flaxseeds or mint.

LUNCH:

A nutritious salad. Pile it high with leafy greens and mix in vegetables so it’s more filling. Add some flaxseeds or nuts and avocado for an extra health boost. Ditch the dressing and make a healthier one from ground nuts and seeds.

DINNER:

For dinner, try using aubergines, garlic, onions, sweet potato and various different beans in your meals to give them a healthy twist. Tempeh and tofu are also great to add into stir fries and main dishes.
