OK! COLUMN

Last week Pete filmed me wearing my acne light therapy mask [below]. I had no idea he was doing it as I was in my own little world listening to music! I was wearing a pink and white sock and tapping my foot, which he said looked like a baby pig – thanks for that, husband! I’ve always struggled with my skin and the mask uses red and blue light to treat the bacteria that cause acne and to reduce redness and inflammation. I try to use it four to five times a week and I have seen a difference. If I’m not listening to music I will listen to a meditation podcast – it’s a rare ten minutes that I actually get to myself to relax! I’ve also been to a skin clinic where they use a stronger light for treatment, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that my skin stays clear over winter. Making the most of the nice weather, I’ve been able to walk to school with Millie on her scooter [right] when I’m not working. It’s so lovely to see how much she’s enjoying it [above, Princess does Millie’s hair for school]. She’s particularly loving looking after the new little ones, which is so sweet. This week I’ll be going to her school to take a lesson on the human body with her class. She’s really excited about it and I’m going to take in a few things like bandages so I can do some demonstrations with them. I’ll tell you all about it next week.
