Does exercise boost your mental health?

Yes, I’d recommend it to anybody who’s struggling with mental health. The gym is a perfect place to get away from real life and social media. It’s so therapeutic. When I have a lot on my mind

I step on to the treadmill, think about all of my problems and usually work out a resolution.

What do you admire most about yourself? I’m always hard on myself, but I do love my determination.

I’ve lost four stone over the past eight months, and I couldn’t be prouder. I do have hard days because I’m still in the process of losing weight, but I’ve come so far.

What’s your weekly fitness regime?

I work out three times a week on the days

I’m not filming. Sometimes I take it easy and speed walk on the treadmill for an hour, other times I go for a 30-minute run and then work out with weights. I wish I could just weight lift all the time, cardio can be so boring. I’m currently in the process of trying to achieve a peachy bottom!

Who do you like to work out with?

I enjoy working out alone most of the time. I love being in my own zone with my headphones on. Boxercise is my favourite class. It’s fun and a good way to de-stress.

Who’s the worst influence on

TOWIE for cheeky snacks? Definitely my younger sister Demi. Once she ruins her diet, I do too. We’re in sync. There’s a box full of sweet treats on set but also a lot of fruit and nuts. We usually go to restaurants on our lunch breaks so it’s quite easy to be healthy.

Who do you eat dinner with?

Demi, she’s my eating partner. I’m intolerant of wheat and dairy so I usually have to miss out on some things.

I replace a lot of everyday foods with ‘free-from’ foods. They do taste a bit different but you get used to it. I love coconut milk in my coffee. But sometimes a bar of chocolate is worth the pain and bloating!

Do you ever feel pressure to look a certain way being in the spotlight? Yes! Sometimes when I see pap pictures of myself I think, Oh my God, I need to change my image!’ I fear people will make nasty comments on social media. It’s important to remember that everybody is beautiful in their own way, and it’s good to be different.
