GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD

-

“We have hundreds of different thoughts every day and we often believe the contents of our mind is factual. Most of us are set up to think negatively, it’s how we’re wired as humans. We tend to be critical, judgemental, cautious and anxious. But we must not view every thought that enters our head as truth. When we’re in negative head spaces, we can start to feel negative about all areas of our life. We question whether we’re bad at our jobs or if people like us. If we entertain this thought as truth, we might start searching for evidence to back it up. Before we know it, we’re overwhelmed by negative thoughts. Once they enter your head, you have the power to choose whether you engage with them or not.”
