Claudia Winkleman opened up about the pressures that social media can have on a relationship, revealing that she felt the need to be more affectionate or have more sex with her husband after seeing couples all over each other on Instagram. I get what she means. The problem with social media is that we only ever see the good, and I can be guilty of that too. I post cute photos of my daughter Polly but I wouldn’t post one of her mid-tantrum! Everything posted online needs to be taken with a big pinch of salt. One picture never tells the full story.
