Stand with your feet hip-width apart and toes out; crouch down, placing your palms on the floor to the right of your body.
Keeping your palms planted throughout, jump your feet to the right; land with your left foot between hands, left knee bent and right leg straight.
Shift your hips to the right, to reset your position (left leg straightens and right knee bends), and then place your palms on the floor outside of your right foot to complete one rep.
