Stand with your feet hip-width apart and toes out; crouch down, placing your palms on the floor to the right of your body.

Keeping your palms planted throughout, jump your feet to the right; land with your left foot between hands, left knee bent and right leg straight.

Shift your hips to the right, to reset your position (left leg straighten­s and right knee bends), and then place your palms on the floor outside of your right foot to complete one rep.
