● Handful of radishes, thinly sliced

● 4 spring onions, sliced

● 4 tbsp lime juice

● 1 tbsp maple syrup

● 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

● 80g pomegranat­e seeds

● Cooked rice, to serve
