For the Asian slaw
● 250g white cabbage, finely shredded
● 100g carrot, grated
● Handful of radishes, thinly sliced
● 4 spring onions, sliced
● 4 tbsp lime juice
● 1 tbsp maple syrup
● 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
● 80g pomegranate seeds
● Cooked rice, to serve
