BINKY’S BEAUTIFUL POST-BIRTH BUMP

Binky Felstead looks beautiful in the picture she posted a day after giving birth. There is no ‘normal’ for what you should look like after giving birth, and the more women who share their experiences, the more we’ll see that spectrum.

For some women, their tummy goes down quickly, while others struggle to ever get it to look how it did before pregnancy, but both are beautiful and normal. Both my bumps were quite small and my tummy went down quite quickly, but that’s the way my body is.

Some women are criticised when they go back to how they were quickly after giving birth and people say they’re setting unrealistic standards, but for some women it’s just the way their body works. To me, pregnancy is such an amazing thing, whatever your body shape and size.
