Yet more on the Schwieso shop

Much has been written about the Schwieso shop. I would like to add that my dad took me to Brands Hatch soon after the war, when it was a long grass track. L C Schwieso, riding an AJS number 30 (or 31), won everything he entered, so it’s no surprise that most of my bikes originated in Plumstead.
