The part had been lying around on the bench for weeks, it had even been getting in his way. Now, just when he needed it, the bloody thing had disappeared.

He wasn’t going to order another one ‘cause that guaranteed it would turn up just when he found the first one.

Dog just wondered when the biscuits were coming out.
