Open­ing in Mau­ri­tius this month, Salt of Pal­mar isn’t just the first re­sort in LUX* Re­sorts’ new Salt brand, it’s also hop­ing to put a more sus­tain­able, soul­ful spin on the Mau­ri­tian beach ho­tel, of­fer­ing al­most Airbnb lev­els of con­nec­tiv­ity to the lo­cal com­mu­nity but with full ho­tel ser­vice.
