Rudy’s Vegan Diner, London

This sleek American-style restaurant serves vegan versions of classic diner food, from the ultimate burger stacked high with plant-based toppings, to seitan reuben sandwiches and creamy banana and Biscoff shakes. Inside, you’ll find glossy retro fittings, with black leather stools, plush yellow booths and chequered tile flooring. Plus, there’s an all-vegan butcher in the back, offering seitan or soya-based cold ‘meats’ for customers to enjoy at home. rudysvegan.com

Opening soon Apricity, London

In March, Chantelle Nicholson is set to open an innovative, socially conscious restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.
