Monty's launches meal pots and cham­pi­ons in­no­va­tion

Monty's Bake­house is launch­ing a new line of hand-held snacks, desserts and meal pots de­signed for Econ­omy and buy-on-board pas­sen­gers.

The meal pots are said to be an in­dus­try first and come in an oven­able con­tainer that can be re-heated. The pots come in a va­ri­ety of recipes and sizes, with cut­lery in­cluded and will be show­cased at WTCE (stand IE80).

The com­pany will also open an In­no­va­tion Cen­tre in May as a cre­ative space for clients and prod­uct de­vel­op­ers to brain­storm F&B prod­ucts of the fu­ture. The cen­tre will also host a culi­nary in­no­va­tion work­shop with award­win­ning patis­serie chef, Gra­ham Mairs. mon­tys­bake­
