Fleury Mi­chon and Delta Dai­ly­food re­brand as one for air­line cater­ing

The cater­ing di­vi­sion of Fleury Mi­chon, based in Europe, and its sub­sidiary Delta Dai­ly­food, based in North Amer­ica, have re­branded as Fleury Mi­chon Air­line Cater­ing.

The com­pany is now part­ner­ing with chefs Henry Hsu, Ju­nichi Ike­matsu and Felix Yu to de­velop au­then­tic Chi­nese and Ja­panese menus, and is col­lab­o­rat­ing with other renowned chefs to de­velop sig­na­ture dishes for Busi­ness and buy-on-board menus.

Cana­dian chef Daniel Véz­ina will be pre­sent­ing his cre­ations for the com­pany at WTCE on April 10, 12.30-2pm on stand 4E83. fleurymi­chonair­lineca­ter­ing.com
