Village bistro to shut after nine years
AMUCH-LOVED bistro is to close after nine years of trading.
The owners of Infusions Cafe Bistro, on Orrell Lane in Burscough, have officially announced their plans to close the restaurant.
Craig and Cathy Walsh, both 43, said the closure was because it was the “right decision” for their family at this time.
They have also issued a heartfelt thank you to their staff, customers and locals for their support.
The couple, who have been married for 10 years, have described serving the Burscough community as an “honour”.
They said: “It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of Infusions on Saturday, January 19, 2019, nine years almost to the day of our opening.
“We would like to thank our amazing team and our customers old, new, near and far for their support.
“We have been honoured to serve the fabulous community of Burscough and will miss Infusions greatly however it is the right decision for our family at this time.
“We will continue to provide the same great food and service right up until closing time on the January 19, so please come down and see us, we’d love to see you.”
