Concern grows for Patricia

-

Police said yesterday there is growing concern for a missing Paisley woman.

Patricia Henry, 45, has not been in touch with her family or friends since November and now officers are stepping up their efforts to trace her.

They have again appealed for anyone who may have seen Patricia or heard from her to get in touch.

Patricia told family that she was going travelling, something she has done previously.

However, it is understood that she never left the country.

When they hadn’t heard from her for a period of time, they became concerned and raised the alarm with the authorities.

Patricia, who previously lived in Kirkwood Place in Girvan, but now has no fixed address, is described as white, 5ft 10 of slim build and has collar length brown hair.

She has a tattoo of two clouds and her name on her left leg and a tattoo of a dolphin on her hip.

Cops say they are growing more concerned for her safety and have appealed for her to get in touch.

PC Alan Ki l e y , o f Paisley Police Office, said: “Patricia was originally believed to have been off travelling. However, a missing person enquiry was launched on Tuesday, March 14, after family became increasingly concerned that nobody had heard from her in such a long time.

“Following enquiries we now believe she has not left the country and would appeal for anyone who knows her, or has any idea where she may have gone, to come forward and contact us.

“We know she has previously battled medical issues and just want to make sure she is safe and well.

“We would also appeal to Patricia herself to come forward and let her family or the police know she is okay.”
